Mental Health & Coaching for Men

Psychological therapy and coaching for men, depending on what you need.

Many men find it difficult to seek support for their mental health and wellbeing. Yet men account for around three-quarters of suicide deaths in the UK, highlighting the importance of seeking support early. Men look for support for different reasons, and at different points in life. Some are struggling emotionally or mentally. Others are managing day to day, but want help improving focus, health, or resilience.

At H3 Health, we offer two evidence-based services for men, delivered by a specialist men’s mental health clinician:

  • Men’s Mental Health Psychotherapy — for emotional, psychological, or relationship difficulties
  • Health & Wellbeing Coaching for Men — for health, lifestyle, and performance goals

Both services are confidential, structured, and tailored to your needs.

Is this for you?

This may be a good fit if you are:

  • Feeling stressed, low, overwhelmed, or stuck
  • Dealing with anxiety, burnout, or relationship difficulties
  • Noticing patterns you feel stuck in
  • Wanting support to improve focus, health, or daily habits

Why men's mental health is different

Poor mental health can affect people of all genders, but outcomes for those who identify as men and those who are perceived or expected to behave in traditionally ‘masculine’ ways are often shaped by distinct social pressures and stigma.

Men are often expected to be the strong, dominant and in control. While these aren’t inherently bad things, they can make it harder for men to reach out for help and open up. Men may also be more likely to use potentially harmful coping methods such as drugs or alcohol and less likely to talk to family or friends about their mental health.
At H3 Health we are here to provide psychological therapy and coaching for men, depending on what you need.
