At H3 Health, we offer two evidence-based services for men, delivered by a specialist men’s mental health clinician:
- Men’s Mental Health Psychotherapy — for emotional, psychological, or relationship difficulties
- Health & Wellbeing Coaching for Men — for health, lifestyle, and performance goals
Both services are confidential, structured, and tailored to your needs.

Two ways we support men
Session length: 50 minutes
Delivery: Secure online video
Fee: £90 per session, or £300 for a block of 4 sessions (available after the initial session).
Format: Short-term (often 5-9 sessions) or ongoing if appropriate
