Men are three times more likely to complete suicide than women and report lower levels of life satisfaction, yet many find it difficult to seek help. Social expectations around being strong, independent, and in control can make it harder to talk openly about emotional or psychological difficulties. Men may also be more likely to use unhealthy coping strategies, such as alcohol or drugs, rather than seeking support.
Men look for help for different reasons, and at different points in life. Some are struggling with stress, anxiety, low mood, burnout, relationship difficulties, or patterns they feel unable to change. Others are managing day to day but want support to improve their focus, resilience, health, wellbeing, or performance.
At H3 Health, we recognise that there is no one-size-fits-all approach. We offer confidential, evidence-based psychological therapy and health coaching for men, delivered by a specialist men's mental health clinician. Together, we'll help you find the support that's right for your needs.
