Men’s Mental Health Psychotherapy offers a confidential space to talk things through and work towards change.

What this service supports

Men commonly seek therapy for:

  • Ongoing stress or anxiety
  • Low mood or loss of motivation
  • Relationship or intimacy difficulties
  • Work pressure or burnout
  • Addictive behaviours
  • Patterns you feel stuck in

This service is not suitable for severe mental health conditions or situations requiring urgent or crisis support.

How therapy works

Therapy draws on established psychological approaches, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Emotion-focused approaches

Sessions are collaborative and move at your pace. The focus may be practical, reflective, or a combination of both, depending on what’s most helpful.

Starting therapy

Sessions: 50 minutes Delivery: Secure online video

Fee: £90 per session, or £300 for a block of 4 sessions (available after the initial session).

Many men start with a short course of therapy and continue if helpful.
