Men's Health MOT
Know where your health stands, with a clear plan to improve it.
How it works
1. Book your MOT
Pay securely online. The discounted price is applied automatically through the link on this page.
2. Your first doctor consultation
An in-depth conversation about your health, lifestyle, symptoms and goals.
3. Your tests
We'll arrange your urine test and a blood test covering 95 markers.
4. Review your results and plan
In your second consultation, your doctor goes through your results, and you'll receive a written report and personalised health plan.
Most men wait until something's wrong
We book the car in for an MOT every year, but most of us have never had a proper look at our own health.
Many things that affect how you feel, such as energy, mood, sleep, weight and drive, show up in your blood long before they show up anywhere else.
The Men's Health MOT gives you a full, honest baseline, explained properly by a doctor. You'll know what's fine, what to keep an eye on and what you can do to improve.
Common questions
Your heart health, hormones, metabolism, nutrition and lifestyle, using a blood test covering 95 markers, a urine test and two in-depth doctor consultations.
A written report of your results and a personalised health plan with clear recommendations on what you can do to improve your health.
We'll send you clear instructions before your test, including any timing or fasting guidance. Please only test when you're feeling well, as being ill can affect some results.
Your doctor will explain what it means and talk you through your options. That might be a lifestyle change, a follow-up test, a referral or simply keeping an eye on it. Any further tests, appointments or treatment are charged separately, you'll be told the cost first, and there's no obligation to go ahead with us.
Yes. You'll receive your full results, and we'd encourage you to share them with your GP.
Your results are reviewed and explained by an H3 doctor who specialises in men's health. H3 Health is regulated by the Care Quality Commission.
