About

Dr Jeff Foster is a UK-trained General Practitioner and Medical Director of H3 Health, as well as Medical Director of Voy, a leading online clinic specialising in testosterone replacement therapy.

With over 20 years of clinical experience across NHS and private practice, he is widely recognised for his work in men’s health, particularly in testosterone deficiency. He has helped thousands of men improve their health, energy, and overall wellbeing through practical, evidence-based care tailored to the individual.

Dr Foster is a member of the British Society of Sexual Medicine (BSSM) committee and a co-author of the 2023 national guidelines on testosterone deficiency in men. He is actively involved in teaching and clinical education, supporting both patients and clinicians in advancing standards of care in men’s health.

Alongside his clinical work, he is the host of the Man Alive podcast — a leading men’s health podcast covering hormone health, mental health, and wellbeing through conversations with guests, using their blood test results to explore lifestyle and ways to feel and function better.

He is also a regular contributor to national media, with published articles in The Times, The Telegraph, and The Guardian, and appearances on BBC News and This Morning.

As Medical Director, Dr Foster leads and mentors the clinical team at H3 Health, ensuring all patients receive safe, high-quality, and evidence-based care.
