You can call us on 03309 120769 (calls charged at national rate) – please leave a voicemail if we are unable to take your call, we will then ring you back as soon as possible. Please remember to leave us your telephone number on the voice message.
Contact us at Hello@h3health.co.uk. We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours of receipt (excluding weekends). If you require an urgent response please ensure that you indicate this in the subject line of the email.
Written Correspondence
As part of our commitment to a paperless world, we no longer accept written patient related correspondence (from patients, Doctors or Consultants), rather all correspondence should be emailed to hello@h3health.co.uk (or appropriate medical secretary). PLEASE DO NOT SEND WRITTEN CORRESPONDENCE TO ANY OF OUR CLINICAL ADDRESSES, IT IS NOT GUARANTEED TO REACH US.
