Incontinence or leakage – can be embarrassing for many women, and there are a lot of products available for you to buy but often the cause isn’t looked at and treated. There are so many treatment options available for women and often just asking for help is all you need.

Pelvic Floor muscles – like any other muscle in the body, these need exercising and attention regularly. They can sometimes be tricky to get the hang of, but once you know how to activate the muscles, you can do these exercises without anyone knowing, even whilst watching tv or working!
